At Aaron Terence Hughes, we strive for excellence in every fragrance; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original cellophane packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their seals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original shipping box with all protective materials to ensure the glass bottle and outer sleeve remain undamaged during transit.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the product's sealed condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
